We work closely with you to develop the creative brief which our team of highly trained 'Thinkers' use to focus their minds and kick-start the

creative thinking process. We use a range of tools and techniques to generate, evaluate and select a range of ideas which we present to you.

We then work with you and/or your creative agencies, to refine and develop your selected idea(s) into a complete concept including prototype development.

At this stage, you can either implement the idea(s) yourselves or we can work with you and/or your agencies to implement the idea(s).

Example product innovation projects we have worked on for our clients include generating new ideas for PC games, creating innovative products in the dairy sector and developing brand extensions for a major confectionary brand.

We love getting our teeth stuck into a difficult problem and coming up with new ways to solve it.

We do this by facilitating problem solving teams consisting of ourselves and your own people as we apply a proven problem-solving process to generate options, analyse possibilities and select solutions.
