Thinking About Thinking
The course starts by unlocking the
team spirit to inspire learning and development. The group will participate in a fun challenge that is designed to get them thinking about how they think! As they explore their creative brains, the delegates will discover what makes them ‘tick’ and identify their personal creative thinking style.
Ideation
During this session, delegates will learn how to generate, evaluate and select creative ideas. They will learn and apply a series of creative thinking tools and techniques, each designed to tap into the unique creative brainpower of the individual. Using these thinking tools, they generate creative new ideas and solutions by working in small brainstorming groups as well as working individually
Applied Creativity
The course concludes with a summary session during which delegates create a personal storyboard to show how they will apply the key insights and learning’s from the course within the work environment
