HBDI can be done on a personal level for individuals or it can be
done at the team level:
The
personal HBDI profile identifies the thinking style of the
individual completing the profile. We can produce a personal
profile for you, your colleagues, friends and/or family. See below
for more details.
We
can also produce team profiles to understand the dynamics of the
team in terms of its' cognitive strengths and weaknesses. See
below for more details.
Personal HBDI Profiles
Two options are
available for the personal profile:
The executive
pack includes the standard pack plus a supplementary personal
report. The personal report explains your profile, describes your
thinking style and analyses the following key areas:

your cognitive strengths and weaknesses
- your management style
- your leadership style
- your organisation and planning style
- your approach to problem solving
- your creative style
- your team working style
- your approach to decision-making
- your communication style
It
highlights your personal strengths and weaknesses and
includes recommendations for developing your thinking, learning and communication skills.
When
the HBDI™ profiles of the individuals within the team are mapped
onto a teamprofile, it illuminates the dynamics of the
group. Because the process generates a very clear representation
of the results, the logic is compelling and obvious.
This
in-depth team profile and analysis provides powerful input to team
members and their leaders. Instantly impactful, the result of the

team member completes the HBDI™ questionnaire and receives their
