If you want to do an HBDI profile, you need to complete the 120 question questionnaire and submit it to us.

As soon as we receive your completed questionnaire and payment, we can produce your profile pack and report and return it to you by post within 3-5 working days. If you require your profile sooner, please contact Jayne Cormie directly on 01483 243624.

By Fax

Please order your HBDI on-line and follow the
on-line instructions.

As soon as we receive your completed questionnaire and your payment has been authorised by Paypal, we can produce your profile and return it to you (by post or email) within 3-5 days.
