The HBDI profile provides insight on what makes you 'tick' by identifying your brain dominance and thinking style. It can also be used to understand how teams think and work together.

We provide HBDI profiles for individuals and teams.


HBDI Personal Profile		HBDI Team Profile

	Your HBDI Personal Profile gives you an insight into how you think and your thinking style strengths and weaknesses. It also includes a profile representing your thinking style when under pressure.		When the HBDI™ profiles of the individuals within the team are mapped onto a team profile, it illuminates the dynamics of the group. Instantly impactful, the result of the team HBDI™ is a powerful catalyst for discussion and in-depth understanding of team effectiveness as well as the basis for improving communication and performance.
You can choose from two different HBDI Personal Profile packs: Standard Profile - this includes your full colour HBDI profile, data summary sheet, explanation page and four HBDI booklets. Price = £50 + vat per profile Click to order Premium Profile - this includes the above PLUS a comprehensive profile report which describes your profile in detail in several key areas including your management style, leadership style, decision making style, problem solving style, creative thinking style, communication style and team working style. Price = £165 + vat per profile Click to order			Each team member completes the HBDI™ questionnaire and receives their personal profile package (see Personal HBDI™ Profiles and costs). The individual profiles are then combined to produce a composite team profile. You can choose from two different HBDI Team Profile packs: Standard Team Profile - this includes the team's full colour HBDI profile, a composite profile, team member position profile, key descriptors of the team and the team work elements. Important: Please note that all individuals in the team must complete their individual HBDI profile at a cost of £50 + vat per person. What makes you and your team 'tick'?

This course is about individual and team thinking styles and is based on the world's best psychometric profiling tool, the HBDI. You will discover your personal thinking style profile and identify powerful insights into how you think, work and communicate. You will also explore the team thinking styles profile in order to discover the dynamics of the team and to develop your strategy for more effective team working. The team participates in tasks designed to simulate their decision-making style, approach to problem solving and communication style.

A half-day option is also available which is an introduction to the HBDI.

We can also customise our core HBDI programme to accommodate specific areas of interest and/or skills development relating to you and your team.

HBDI Coaching

Personal coaching is the perfect solution to helping you harness and develop your thinking style and thinking skills. Working with your coach, you will explore your thinking style in detail to discover key insights about you. Your coach will help you to identify the thinking skills you should focus on developing in order to unlock your true potential personally and professionally.

Individual coaching – a one-to-one session that provides personal feedback and coaching on any aspect of your personal thinking style and thinking skills.
