A 'thinking business' is a business which is driven by innovative thinking in order to out-think their
competitors. Its innovation strategy is fostered within a creative culture in which creative people use
a creative process to think creatively.

Our Model of Innovation incorporates the four key elements of an innovative organisation into one
integrated system: Strategy, Culture, Process and People:


Innovation Strategy:

To define a compelling innovation strategy which will identify and prioritise the key focus areas 

 

Culture of Innovation:

To build an empowering culture which buzzes with creative energy

 

Ideas Process:

To establish a consistent  approach to creativity and  innovation by creating a process which maps

the journey of an idea from conception to implementation

 

Creative People:

To provide everyone with the tools and techniques to enable them to be more creative and

innovative everyday

 


This model, developed by our founder and Managing Director, Jayne Cormie, provides the
framework for the services we offer to our clients in the form of innovation management,
