1 Day Team Building Programme

Live your team values in this fun and creative team day out at the circus!

Our CIRCUS team day has a real WOW factor as you and your colleagues create, challenge and test your team values whilst learning and participating in several fun circus activities throughout the day.

You will participate in five learning modules integrated with the circus skill sessions. During the learning modules, you will discover what makes your team 'tick', discuss and debate your team vision and values and create your team working charter. The circus skills vary but may include juggling, stilt walking, flying trapeze, tight-rope walking and acrobatic balancing (building your team pyramid!). You work with your personal facilitator during the learning modules and you will be taught the circus skills by highly trained circus performers.

The CIRCUS day is an incredibly fun and creative day out which will give your team one of the best experiences they will ever have and is guaranteed to create fantastic team memories!

We have run this course for several of our clients including one of the creative teams within The Walt Disney Company who did the CIRCUS course to develop their vision and values followed by the CHRONICLES day to refine their vision and mission and create their team movie!

Discover the core habits of highly effective teams

Our TRIBE team day is designed to focus you and your team on identifying the core team working habits which will transform you into a peak performing team. Teams that work together, stay together!

The morning session is spent working on your team habits in a fun and inspiring learning environment. Then in the afternoon, you will put those habits to the test as you head outdoors to participate in the Tribal Survival challenge. This consists of various tribal activities facilitated by survival experts which require the team to work effectively and efficiently together on order to survive! The tribal activities include building a shelter, dagger throwing and the Jungle Escape!

The TRIBE day is a fun and empowering event which inspires your team to actively participate and interact with each other as a peak performing tribe!

We have run this programme for several of our clients including one of the Disney consumer products teams who combined the TRIBE event with a two day meeting for the entire European team.

1 Day Team Building Programme

Express your team story on the big screen!

Our CHRONICLES team day focuses on creating your team 'story' by developing your team vision and mission. The team will then become screenwriters, film producers, directors and actors as you transform your team story into a big screen movie!

The morning session is spent working on your team vision and mission as you learn the art of corporate storytelling. You will then transform your team story into a movie which you write, produce, direct and perform in as the lead characters.

The day culminates in the 'Big Premier' which involves the team attending the screening of the team movie followed by a fun awards ceremony.

This is a hugely entertaining day which is guaranteed to give your team a fun and inspiring experience!
