Payment

New Clients

All new clients are required to pay 100% of the total fees payable in advance of the services commencing.

Existing Clients

Unless agreed with The Thinking Business, all existing clients must pay an advance payment of 50% of the total fee is payable prior to the work commencing. The remaining fees will be invoiced on a monthly basis to cover the cost of the work undertaken during that month. Tax invoices will be issued to the main client contact.

Cancellations

The following cancellation charges will be incurred if consultancy/facilitation projects are cancelled:

More than 30 days notice - no charge
Less than 30 days, more than 14 days - 50% charge
Less than 14 days, more than 7 days - 75% charge

Less than 7 days - 100% charge

Expenses and VAT

All expenses incurred relating to the consultancy/facilitation project will be charged at cost, including travel, accommodation, meals and postage.

Vat will be charged at the current rate.

Public Courses

100% payment must be made at least 7 days in advance of the course date. Course places will only be confirmed when full payment has been received. If full payment is not received before the course date, the delegate will not be able to attend the course.

Early Booking Offers are only available until the expiry date. Full payment must be received before the expiry date to qualify for the early booking price. After the expiry date, delegates will pay the standard fee.

Cancellations

Venue & Date
The Thinking Business reserves the right to change the venue location and/or course date at any time. In this event, delegates can transfer to an alternative date and/or obtain a full refund on the course fees paid.

Risk-Free Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the course, we will give you your money-back (less a £50 administration fee). Simply return your training manual and all other materials relating to the course to your facilitator by 10.30am on the first day.
